Hi, I'm Jessica.
After years of coaching women in midlife and beyond, I noticed something surprising.
Most women didn't need more nutrition information. They already knew vegetables were healthy. They already knew that too much candy can be a problem.
The problem wasn't a lack of motivation or knowledge. Most women simply hadn't been shown how to build healthy eating habits that work in everyday life. How to work with their body rather than against it.
That's why I created the Eat With Ease Method. A way of helping women stop starting over by building a way of eating they can finally trust themselves to maintain.
