Sustainable fitness and nutrition strategies designed for women navigating midlife, menopause, and beyond.

About Me
Hello! I’m Jessica Wynne Gatke—fitness & nutrition coach and creator of the W.I.N. the Day, Fit for Life! system for sustainable fitness and healthy aging.
I believe that lasting habits are the key to aging well. Fitness is a lifelong journey, and our bodies’ needs naturally change over time. My mission is to help women build strength, improve mobility and balance, and feel confident in their bodies through weight-bearing exercise, intentional living practices, and nourishing food choices.
My Journey
My love for movement began early in childhood as a gymnast and springboard diver. But like many women, adulthood brought challenges. I cycled through yo-yo dieting, inconsistent exercise, knee injuries, childbirth via c-section, chronic nerve pain, and even spinal stenosis. Along the way, I learned what truly works: building strength, eating well, and creating habits that support an active, joyful lifestyle.
My parents have been a huge influence. They love to hike, kayak, travel, and garden, while managing their own health challenges. Watching them stay active into retirement inspired me to focus my career on helping adults 55+ maintain vitality and independence.
My Professional Background
I’m a certified personal trainer with specialized education in behavior change, corrective exercise, nutrition, and older adult fitness. I combine science-based strategies with compassionate coaching to meet each client where they are. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients gain strength, improve balance, and rediscover the joy of movement.
