Start Strong Strategy Session
A Personalized 1:1 Fitness & Nutrition Evaluation
Know what your body needs and where to begin.
This 60-minute private session (online via Zoom) helps you understand your body’s current needs and gives you personalized, clear, and simple next steps to support your strength, balance, and wellbeing.
Together, we will pinpoint what's keeping you stuck and gain clarity on where to focus your effort. You'll walk away with a clear, doable plan that actually fits your life.
During your session, we will:
✔ Review your current exercise and daily activity - Get clear on how your routines (or lack thereof) impact strength, mobility, and energy, and know what realistic changes you can make right away for the biggest difference.
✔ Identify what's working and what's holding you back - We explore stiffness, joint pain, fatigue, fear of injury, motivation challenges, and past patterns so you finally understand why progress has been hard.
✔ Clarify your personal strength, balance, and mobility goals - Define meaningful goals that improve how you feel, move, and function in everyday life (whether that's running a marathon or running after grandkids).
✔ Complete gentle posture, balance, and movement observations - No workouts required. Just simple assessments that reveal where your body needs support to prevent injury and improve mobility.
✔ Discuss your eating patterns and energy needs - Explore your past (diet history) and present relationship with food, meal timing, digestion, and habits that support or hinder your strength, weight, and overall health goals.
✔ Create a clear plan for your next steps - Get focused, personalized guidance so you know exactly where to begin and what to prioritize.
